                                   Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I get involved with Band Boosters?

If you have a student in band then you are already a band boosters. Just come to our meetings. Yes it's free to be a member!

2. When and Where are the meetings held?

We hold  meetings on 2nd Tuesday of every month at 6pm in the Band hall. Check the calendar for any changes. Also there will be updates sent out on Cuttime.

3. What volunteer opportunities are there?

-Chaperoning games and contest: You would be riding the bus to games and contest and help keep our student safe on the bus. Most parents who chaperone also may help with field crew during half time, and meal distribution if needed.

-Field crew help: The Band needs help with moving the front ensemble onto the field for the half-time show.  Mr. Russell will direct you what to do.

-Cooling station attendant: We need a parent to help set up the cooling station and monitor student for heat exhaustion and have a place to cool down.

-Meal Pick ups: Band Boosters provides away game and contest meals for students, directors and chaperones. We need someone to pick up meals when delivery is not an option.

-Meal distribution: We need volunteers to help make the meal process run smoothly by handing out meals to our hungry kiddos.

All these volunteer options will be posted on a Sign-Up Genius on Cuttime and or here. If you any questions email us at
